Can you replace just the cracked glass on my Note 20 5G N980F N981B without replacing the display?

Modern smartphone screens feature factory-fused OLED digitizer and glass layers. For everyday walk-in repairs, installing a complete Tested Quality display assembly is the safest, cleanest, and most reliable method, restoring 100% factory touch responsiveness and vibrant display clarity in 30 to 45 minutes.

Will Face ID and front sensors continue working safely after a Note 20 5G N980F N981B screen replacement?

Yes. Standard screen replacement is a clean modular component installation that safely preserves your phone's front camera and sensor functions. All features are fully tested on the bench before collection. For any pre-existing sensor faults from heavy drops, we offer a comprehensive bench diagnostic assessment for $88 (credited towards repair if proceeding).

Will my Note 20 5G N980F N981B display an Unknown Part notification in Settings after screen replacement?

Apple iOS displays an informational message in Settings under General About when a display component is serviced outside Apple Authorized channels. This notification is purely informational and does not affect touch response, 120Hz refresh speed, display brightness, or software updates. Every screen installation is backed by our written 3-Month Store Warranty.

Will repairing my Note 20 5G N980F N981B erase my photos or personal data?

No. Routine hardware repairs including screen, battery, camera, and charging port replacements do not alter user storage or erase your photos, apps, and messages. We operate under a strict Zero Data Wipe policy. For logic board micro-soldering or severe liquid damage, we recommend backing up if device is operable.

How long does an Note 20 5G N980F N981B Moisture Detected Repair take in-store?

Most common repairs are completed within 30-45 mins on the bench. Walk in to our St Marys Flagship Workshop (122 Queen St) for Same-Day Fix service or visit our Schofields Express Kiosk (Schofields Village) for routine screen and battery fixes.

What warranty is provided on Note 20 5G N980F N981B repairs?

All repairs on the Note 20 5G N980F N981B include our comprehensive 3-Month Store Warranty covering both the replacement components and technician workmanship. If any hardware defect occurs during normal use, we resolve it promptly.

What quality of replacement parts do you install?

Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?
