Frequently Asked Questions: PRC Sydney Lab vs Online Marketplaces
Are Reebelo and Back Market repair labs or third-party marketplaces?
Reebelo and Back Market operate as multi-seller online marketplaces where dozens of separate third-party merchants list stock behind generic product renders. At Phone Repair Centre, every phone is owned, 30-point tested, photographed 1-of-1, and warranted directly by our St Marys engineering lab.
How can I verify PRC is a licensed Australian second-hand phone dealer?
Phone Repair Centre (PRC STORE PTY LTD, ABN 20 609 861 038) holds active NSW Fair Trading Second-Hand Dealer Licence #2PS2914401 and operates a public street-front workshop at 122 Queen St, St Marys NSW 2760.
What happens if I ever have a warranty issue with a PRC refurbished phone?
Instead of mailing your phone to an interstate PO Box and waiting weeks for a third-party seller dispute, you deal directly with our St Marys master technicians (18+ years of experience in Sydney) via walk-in counter or tracked express post.
