Every screen is tested on its own. Flex cable shake, white, black and grey backgrounds, touch and 3D touch. Nothing is graded by sampling a box and assuming the rest.
If a screen is not Grade A we tell you why, using the same five categories every time. If you disagree with a grading, say so within seven days and we send that screen back. No argument.
We do not downgrade screens for financial gain. We are buying stock to refurbish, and a supplier who stops trusting us stops sending us screens.

Protecting your screens in transit protects your payout. We count and grade every screen against what you wrote on your manifest, which is how short counts and disputes get avoided.
Include a manifest showing every model and count in the box. This manifest is what our receiving bench reconciles against to avoid short counts and disputes.
Place screens face to face with thick card between them. A loose screen wrapped only in bubble wrap can flex and crack during transit.
Use a sturdy box that matches the batch size and tape all seams firmly. Fill any empty space with packing material so screens cannot move.
Affix the prepaid label to the box and lodge it at Australia Post. Keep the lodgement receipt and tracking number for your records.

Grade A has cracked glass only with OEM OLED or LCD fully working, 3D touch working, no lines and no bleed. Grade B has cracked glass with minor backlight marks or minor pressure marks that do not affect the image, no lines and no bleed.
Screens with lines on the display, black spots or ink bleed, touch failure, aftermarket screens, severed flex cables, water damage, or frame separation.
