Frequently Asked Questions: Used Unlocked iPhones & Phones
Why buy a used iPhone from PRC instead of Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree?
Private used phone sellers offer zero warranty and often hide intermittent motherboard faults, non-genuine screens, or unpaid carrier plans that get IMEI-blocked weeks later. PRC verifies every IMEI on the national AMTA database, tests 30 hardware points on our bench, and backs every used phone with a 6-Month Store Warranty.
Do your used phones include a charger cable and warranty?
Yes. Every used phone comes with a new USB charging cable, shockproof packaging, a 14-day change-of-mind return window, and our 6-Month Store Warranty.
Where can I view used phones in person in Western Sydney?
Visit our standalone street-front showroom at 122 Queen St, St Marys NSW 2760 (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Sat 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) or call (02) 8678 3298.
