User Data Deletion Instructions (Privacy & Meta / WhatsApp Integration)
Phone Repair Centre respects your privacy and provides a direct, transparent process to request the deletion of your personal contact details, repair inquiry history, or WhatsApp / social messaging records stored in our workshop systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
- By Email: Send an email to service@prcrepair.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email address associated with your inquiry.
- By Phone: Call our St Marys Flagship Workshop on (02) 8678 3298 during business hours.
- In Person: Visit 122 Queen St, St Marys NSW 2760 or Kiosk 1/227 Railway Terrace, Schofields NSW 2762.
Upon verification of your identity, our administration team will permanently remove your non-statutory personal communication records within 7 business days and confirm completion by email. Statutory tax invoice and warranty ledger records required under Australian taxation and consumer law are retained strictly for legal compliance.
