Nintendo Switch Lite: Completely dead after DIY shell swap. Won't turn on or charge. Did I blow the M92T36 IC?

Quick Technical Assessment: A completely dead console drawing 0.00A following a shell swap typically points to two failure modes: a damaged or misaligned battery connector terminal, or ele...
Completed an aftermarket transparent shell swap on a Nintendo Switch Lite. After reassembling the console, it shows zero signs of life. The screen remains pitch black, no battery charging icon appears when plugged into the official AC adapter, and an in-line USB power meter measures 0.00A current draw. Wondering if battery flex was damaged or if the M92T36 power management chip shorted out.

We see this exact DIY case swap issue every month. During reassembly, the battery flex is often plugged in with metal tweezers, accidentally bridging the battery line to adjacent ground vias and instantly blowing the M92T36 IC. We keep original Rohm M92T36 chips in stock and replace them cleanly under microscope.
