Please note that we cannot guarantee the phone will be returned in the same condition if we are unable to repair it. Customers cannot claim, “I gave you the phone in a specific condition, and I want it back in exactly the same condition."

Additionally, any accessories provided with the phone may not be returned. This includes cases, screen protectors, SIM cards, or other items attached to the phone, as these may need to be removed during the repair process.
